Many industries that have been “doing things the same forever” have undergone tremendous change with the advent of various technologies.
And if they haven’t yet, they are sure to undergo change at some point in the (near) future.
Why would Process Serving be any different?
Electronic Service of Process has come in some places, under certain circumstances.
And it is sure to continue to evolve and grow. We must all be careful to influence how this happens so that it (a) maintains the rights of all involved while (b) embracing the capabilities and opportunities that technology provides.
